I just saw the news last night and I've heard from some excited readers today . Visual Acoustics: The Modernism of Julius Shulman, the award-winning documentary by Eric Bricker, will be playing for one week at the E Street Cinema beginning Nov. 6. Can't wait. See you there.

We were fortunate enough to time a pilgrimage to Palm Springs in March 2008 at the same time that the Palm Springs Art Museum had an amazing exhibit on Shulman's work.
We look forward to seeing this documentary in November!

The Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh is having the Shulman show that originated at the Palm Springs Art Museum. It runs September 19, 2009-January 31, 2010.
